We had a two day training of champions selected from the vicinity of schools deemed most affected by teenage pregnancies. They were taken thru an intense session on the above, re entry and retaining of the girls after rejoining schools.
We also held a meeting with stakeholders in the same field and few members of the TWG addressing the same issue. Today we had a session with a section of our police officers and clinicians who also doubles up as gbv focal persons in their respective sub counties…
Yours truly was the moderator of the two days and I can confidently say that we achieved our objectives.
Many thanks to the participants who left their work to come and be with us for the two days.
